Last minute decision saw me off to an orienteering event this morning. 79 minutes for 6.3k and 190m climb. Not a bad time for me. A little cold but I enjoyed it all the same.
Feel like my fitness is good but I am dithering with the navigation. People were making much quicker decisions than me and flowing through the controls. I guess you lose the skill the more years you spend away from the sport.

sheep grazed grass, with many marshy areas and small ponds. Bracken exists on the
lower slopes , and there are lots of small crags and ancient earthwalls. Overall it is
mostly very runnable, with a good path network. There are gorgeous views of the
Stretton Hills and The Wrekin. Look out for sheep, the very photogenic white ponies,
partridge, the odd grouse, ravens and llamas. Yes, llamas.
