Divorce and kids
Watched a TV documentary regarding kids and divorce last night.
It angers me that a woman can decide that a Dad can lose his home, children, money and wife (everything he ever wanted) and she loses nothing. And he never saw it coming!
Makes me F*****g mad!
Trees and I popped over the Total Fitness gym in Wrexham last night. Ran to warm up followed by core stability exercises. Feels great
Niece Amy stars in Annie
My superstar niece starred in Annie. Mum, Lauren, Sandra and myself were sooooo proud!
What did I do last night?
I remember. I sat at home feeling sorry for myself.
Had a route canal in one of my rather large teeth. 45 minutes in the dentist chair with plastic, clamps, frames, drills, lights, glasses, hot pokers, needles, x-ray and things I have never seen or heard of before.
Dentist said I was the perfect patient. What a good boy.
Apparently he has not seen as much puss as that in a long, long time.
Quite enjoyed it, Steve Wright in the Afternoon was on. Chuckled a bit too much and nearly swallowed a bit of spare tooth!
Jaw was a little sore this morning but generally ok.
Terry 50th
Just been to the local golf club for the first time for Terry's surprise 50th. Lovely people and great neighbours.
Nats, Michael, Helen and Ian...
came across last night. A small amount of alcohol and food may have passed our lips.
Ynys-hir
After the festivities of yesterday evening we popped over to Ynys-Hir this afterrnon for lots of fresh air and walking.
Saw a couple of birds we have not seen before:
Goldeneye
Teal
Brambling
Goosander
Little Grebe
Getting lost on the way home just added to the adventure
Master of Technology
Couple of technology firsts last night.
Got my daughter on line at her new home and her first session on MSN. Had my first webcam discussion with Daniel Lee. I will be providing PC support next.
Finished the evening off with a Swiss Ball and Weights session as devised by Anne the Trainer.
Also had a dream last night. Very rare for me. I never remember them. Started out as a run with Daniel Lee then ended meeting my now dead Grandad and Mum's auntie Frances.
